MethodsAll operations were done in a darkened room(only desk lamps allowed far away from benches; the glassware was either red or wrapped in an aluminum foil), usually inN2 or Ar atmosphere. Chromatography:(1) Extractive Chromatography on a Florisil Column. Feces mix (1.8 kg, cf. Materials) was placed on top of a Florisil (1.5-kg) column prepared in C6H6 and washed with C6H6 (3 L), CH2C12 (2.5 L), 20% Me2CO inCH2C12 (4 L), and Me2CO (2 L).
