Implementing a Quality improvement team culture into the organization is a key factor in ensuring the TQM Quality Improvement Process does not tail off after the initial enthusiasm. This was discussed in Chapter 5, where the improvement team structure was outlined. The structure is simple to understand but difficult to implement successfully.
