In this paper, we consider a certain class of third order nonlinear delay differential equations. By m eans of th e Riccati transformation techniques we estab lish some new criteria and also Kamenev-type criteria which insure that every solution oscillates or converges to zero. Some examples are considered to illustrate our main results.
