Here, we report the draft genome sequences ofPseudomonasstrains zfem001–005, five isolates from the intestinal microbiota of healthy larval zebrafishDanio rerioat a developmental age of 7 days post fertilization. The isolates have been identified asPseudomonas sediminis,Pseudomonas japonica,Pseudomonas otitidis,Pseudomonas sichuanensis, andPseudomonas tohonis, respectively.
