目的: 糖尿病患者の歯周病は重症化する. 本研究では, 糖尿病患者において重症化した歯周病におけるスダチ果皮抽出物スダチチンの治療効果を検討することを目的とし, その第一段階として高グルコース条件下で培養した歯肉線維芽細胞において, カルプロテクチンによって誘導される炎症関連因子の産生におけるスダチチンの抑制効果を調べた.
