Michel-Miller glass columns (Ace Glass, Vineland, NJ, USA) of 130 x 22 mm, 300 x 22 mm and 600 x 50 mm ID were used. Mass spectra were recorded at 70 eV on a Finnigan Model 4000 mass spectrometer with Model 6000 data system.
