采用自熔剂保温法制备Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O（Bi基）单晶。制备的Bi基单晶呈板状，尺寸约为2×2mm2。从X射线衍射图中，我们发现Bi基单晶的c轴晶胞长度约为39 Å。
Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O (Bi-based) single crystals were prepared by the self-flux method with a temperature-holding process. The prepared Bi-based single crystals were platelike with a size of about 2×2 mm2. From the X-ray diffraction patterns, we found that the Bi-based single crystal had a c-axis unit cell length of about 39 Å.
