1979年改革开放以来，浙江省行政区划调整频繁，特别是浙江省行政区划调整频繁。城市化地区；究其原因，主要是出于政府主导的城镇化建设的需要。 20多年来，行政区划调整对经济社会、政治文明发展和城镇化产生了巨大影响。同时，也存在一些严重问题。本文在分析浙江省行政区划调整的阶段和效果的基础上，提出了我国行政区划改革的政策建议。
Since 1979 ,when the policy of reform and opening to the outside world was carried out in China, the division of administrative areas of Zhejiang province is being adjusted frequently, esp. The urbanized areas; and the reasons are mainly out of the demands of government-leading urbanization. During more than 20 years, the adjustment of the division of administrative areas has had great effect on the development of economy, society and political civilization and on the urbanization. Meanwhile, there exist some serious problems. In this article, on the basis of analyzing the stage and effect of the adjustment of Zhejiang province, some policies and suggestions on the reform of division of administrative areas in China are put forward.
