Three new sesterterpenes (1-3) were isolated from a marine sponge of the genus Spongia, and their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The compounds 1-3 exhibited cytotoxicity against HeLa cells with IC50 values of 19.5, 15.0, and 5.3 mug/mL, respectively.
