摘要从云南萝芙木(Rauvolfia yunnanensis)的根中分离得到两个新的单萜吲哚生物碱3-hydroxylochnerine(1)和10-hydroxyvinorine(2)。通过波谱数据分析和ECD计算确定了化合物的结构。这两种化合物对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌都表现出很强的抗菌活性,其活性与著名的抗菌药物小檗碱相当。图形摘要
Abstract Two new monoterpenoid indole alkaloids 3-hydroxylochnerine (1) and 10-hydroxyvinorine (2) were isolated from the roots of Rauvolfia yunnanensis. Their structures were elucidated based on the analysis of spectroscopic data and ECD calculation. Both compounds exhibited potent antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli, and their activities were comparable to the well-known antibacterial drug berberine.
