Using the fundamental formula for stress-energy tensor of any differential p-form, we derive a monotonicity formula. This formula is a generalization of that in the cases of harmonic maps and Yang-Mills' fields. From such a formula, the various Liouvilletype vanishing theorems follow immediately. We also describe some properties of the stress-energy tensor in this paper.
