Temperature-insensitive partial least squares analysis for glucose measurement is presented based on Near Infrared spectroscopy in the wavelength range from 1,250 to 1,800 nm. Experiments are performed using aqueous glucose solutions. To create a temperature-insensitive prediction model, the glucose concentration and water temperature are varied independently. The results of the predicted glucose concentration agree well with the actual glucose concentration with an error of 4.4%.
