随着地下水污染由城市向农村扩散并日趋严重，地下水污染的防治措施十分迫切，地下水污染的原因主要有四个方面：工业污染、农业污染、生活污染和自然污染，在分析主要原因的基础上，本文试图找出我国地下水污染防治政策中存在的几个问题，如法律体系不健全、行政责任不明确等，最后针对这些问题提出了地下水污染防治政策的建议。
The prevention-control measures of groundwater pollution are very urgent with the groundwater pollution spreading from urban areas to rural areas and becoming more serious gradually.There are four main causes for the pollution of groundwater: industrial pollution,agriculture pollution,living pollution and natural pollution.Based on the analysis of the main causes,this paper tries to find out several problems with the prevention-control policy on groundwater pollution in China,such as the deficient law system and unclear administrative obligation and so on.Finally it gives several proposals for the prevention-control policy on groundwater pollution to deal with these problems.
