Obesity hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) is a condition that remains underdiagnosed but poses significant patient risk beyond that of other sleep-disordered breathing processes. This review will discuss the diagnostic features of OHS and also highlight the prevalence of OHS in various patient populations.
