The mathematical model of feed drive system about rotation platform of NC machine was set up according to the theory of mechanical dynamics theorem.The emulational model for alternating servo machine of feed drive system was constructed with simulink,which is a kind of dynamic simulate toolbox in MATLAB.The emulational curve figures in time and frequency areas that reflect dynamic performance of rotation platform were obtained,whose speediness quality and stabilization were analyzed in NC machine.The influences which bring by the drive backlash of geer and worm wheel to the drive precision of rotation platform were studied,and several methods to enhance the dynamic performance were introduced.
