Interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic set (IVNHFULS) has the advantages of both neutrosophic numbers and interval-valued hesitant fuzzy uncertain linguistic variable. In this paper, we firstly introduce the definition, the operational laws, and the score function of IVNHFULS.
