The high-accuracy Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) has been widely utilized in various products such as digital audio systems. The ΔΣ modulator is an important component for constituting such products, and its evaluation is an important process in product design. However, the general evaluating method has problems in terms of equipment and design costs. For this reason, a low-cost evaluation method has been proposed [1]. This method can evaluate under two conditions: sampling frequency and test signal frequency. Generally, a condition of the test signal amplitude is also desired for evaluating the system. In this study, we propose an extended evaluation system that can evaluate under the above-mentioned conditions.
