Internet is a great book of knowledge. We are abundantly suplied with information. We can easily access them and can collect a huge amount of data. The problem is the quality of the information, and how to discover the valuable information. Search engines help to decrease the size. However, the results of search have no structure. The authors think that the value is in the connection of several information. Each information can be considered as a segment of knowledge. The value is in the network of those segments. To discover a knowledge is to form such a network of knowledge
