碳纤维复合材料作为一种轻质、高强、耐久的材料,受到了人们的广泛关注。同时,近年来仿生学的应用也受到了人们的关注。本研究以一只螳螂虾蟹为研究对象。它有相当坚固的组织,形成螺旋层状纤维。在这样的背景下,我们制作了螺旋叠层碳纤维布试件。本文介绍了该材料的生产工艺和弯曲试验结果。目的是考虑加工精度对材料性能的影响。因此,试件越薄,最大应力越高。得出的结论是,厚度越薄,碳纤维之间的结合越强。
CFRP has attracted attention as a material with lightweight, high strength and durability. Meanwhile, application of biomimetics is also receiving attention in recent years. In this study, a mantis shrimp crab is focused on. It has quite firm tissue forming spiral-laminated fibers. With such backgrounds, we produced spiral-laminated CFRP specimens. This paper describes the production processes and the results of bending tests. The purpose is to consider the influence to the material properties by the fabrication accuracy. As a result, the thinner a specimen is, the higher the maximum stress becomes. It was concluded that thinner thickness means stronger bonding between carbon fibers.
