十八反十九反是中医药禁忌配伍的主要内容，从古至今，在众多的本草典籍中均有记载，十八反十九反是否为不配伍，已成为学术界的热点问题之一。据统计，《中华人民共和国药典》收载中成药1062种（第一卷，2010年），其中5个产品含有18味配伍禁忌的药物，6个产品含有19味配伍禁忌的药物以《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版收载的18味配伍药和19味相互拮抗药为基础，从方剂使用频率、用药量、剂型、用法、现代临床应用等方面进行综述，总结其应用特点，探讨18味配伍药和19味相互拮抗药的实质。
Eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen mutual antagonistic herbs are the main contents pro-hibited combination of Chinese medicine.From ancient times to the present days,they are recorded in many herbal medicine books.Whether eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism are incompatibile has become one of the hot spots of academic issues.According to statistics,there are 1 062 products of Chinese patent medicine in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(volume I,2010),in which 5 products contain eighteen incompatible herbs and 6 products contain nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism.This paper analyses the formula of Chinese patent medicine containing eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism recorded in the 2010 Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.Based on the prescriptions,the frequency,the prescription’s quantity of medicine,the forms,usages,and the modern clinical applications are reviewed.Then the author summarizes the characteristics of application in order to explore the essence of 18 incompatibilities and 19 mutual antagonisms.
