本文系统地总结和分析了钢筋混凝土梁在低速冲击下的局部变形和整体变形的特点，提出了准静态冲击变形的计算方法，并对低速冲击下钢筋混凝土梁的局部变形和整体变形进行了分析。根据弯曲理论，建立了考虑弹丸局部效应的钢筋混凝土梁的弹塑性过程，通过简化计算，得到了钢筋混凝土梁在低速冲击下的计算公式模型
The characteristics of local and total deformation of reinforced concrete beam under low velocity impact were systematically summarized and analyzed in this paper.The calculation method of quasi-elastic and plastic processes for reinforced concrete beams was presented considering the local effect of projectile according to theory of bending.The calculation formulas of reinforced concrete beams under low velocity impact were obtained by establishing the simplified calculation models.
