The characteristics of local and total deformation of reinforced concrete beam under low velocity impact were systematically summarized and analyzed in this paper.The calculation method of quasi-elastic and plastic processes for reinforced concrete beams was presented considering the local effect of projectile according to theory of bending.The calculation formulas of reinforced concrete beams under low velocity impact were obtained by establishing the simplified calculation models.
