Nucleotides and derivatives were separated in 15 to 24 h by chromatography on paper previously dipped in saturated (NH4)2SO4and water (1: 9) and dried. The chromatographic tank had to be equilibrated with the solvent, 95% ethanol and water (4: 1). A. Hepburn.
