This paper investigates high-mobility communications between a moving transceiver and a base station (BS) and proposes a time-frequency scheme with Doppler suppression. The proposed scheme employs the multi-angle centered discrete fractional Fourier transform (MA-CDFRFT) to mitigate the Doppler and chirp shifts. A time-varying multi-path Doppler channel model is used to describe most moving scenarios in wireless communications. Mobility induces time-varying interference to the standard time-invariant model, therefore, the MA-CDFRFT is applied to minimize the channel distortions. Simulation results verify that the proposed scheme effectively suppresses the time-varying distortions.
