A Man with Persistent Cough and Pulmonary OpacitiesA 57-year-old man with polyarteritis nodosa was evaluated for cough and pulmonary opacities. Chest CT revealed multifocal clustered centrilobular nodules and opacities in a tree-in-bud pattern. A galactomannan test was positive. Diagnostic tests were performed.
