Elevated neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has been reported to be associated with worse survival in many malignancies, whereas its role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) remains unclear. We retrospectively reviewed 363 consecutively, newly diagnosed, non-disseminated, and biopsy-proven NPC patients.
