The influence of variable fluid thermal properties and average fluid thermal properties on flow and heat transfer in rectangular mini-channels had been investigated numerically by using fluid- solid conjugate heat transfer technologies and second development technologies of CFD. The influence of variable fluid thermal properties on critical Reynolds number of rectangular mini-channels had also been researched in this paper.
