Because he is Vietnamese, one wonders how long he has been in this country. Do we need to consider this background, at least from an epidemiologic standpoint? Second, he has a chronic illness that is rather nondescript in presentation, characterized predominantly by fatigue, some stiffness-not well described-and" light-headedness," whatever that means. This seems to have been a progressive syndrome for one year.
