Let f be an arbitrary polynomial of n variables defined over a field of characteristic zero. We present algorithms for computing the b-function (Bernstein-Sato polynomial) of f, the D-module (the system of linear partial differential equations) for fs, and the algebraic local cohomology group associated with f by using Gröbner bases for differential operators.
