Larvae and pupae of Parnara guttata guttata were reated under various temperature and photopetiodlc conditions. The adult morphology varied manifoldly with temperature and photoperiodic eonditions during larval peried. Longer photoperiod induced paler wing coloration and smaller size but independent of each other. Temperature exerteti threefold effect: lower temperature lnducing larger size, stronger melanization
