In the article by Stergiou et al. [1] there are errors in Fig. 2, page 464 (Forms for supervisor and observers of validation studies to fill individual subjects’ data while performing a study). Specifically, in each of the Observers’ forms (OBSERVER A and B on the right side) the order of boxes R1-R1-R2-R3 should be replaced by the following: R1-R2-R3-R4. The same errors were present in page of the supplementary file (http://links. lww.com/HJH/B71). The online article and the supplementary file have been corrected.
