The tolerance and antitumor activity of Lonidamine administered alone and in combination with other anticancer agents were studied. Myalgia was the most frequent side efTect; there were no changes in the hematological parameters attributable to Lonidamine administration. 1partial response out of the 16 patients treated with Lonidamine alone was observed.
