Hypoxanthine, penicillin, streptomycin sulfate, aminopterin, thymidine, bradykinin triacetate, isoproterenol, calcitonin, bovine serum albumin, arginine vasopressin (AVP), 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX), and trypsin were purchased from Sigma Chemical.
