METHODSPregnant individuals screened for adverse childhood experiences and resilience at about 16 weeks of gestation as part of standard prenatal care from October 18, 2021, to March 29, 2023, were eligible for inclusion. Those without Kaiser Permanente Northern California membership during the year before pregnancy were excluded. The Kaiser Permanente Northern California IRB approved this study with a waiver of consent.
