Calculations are made of the stopping cross-sections of energetic ions in all elements. Ions evaluated are atomic number 1 through 92, in targets of atomic number 1 through 92. Ion energies range from 200 keV/amu to 2 GeV/amu. Both gaseous and solid targets are presented. Experimental data from all available sources (about 3700 data points) are shown with the theoretical calculations. The theoretical approach is based on Lindhard particle stopping in a free electron gas, with target solid state charge distributions based on those of Moruzzi, Janak and Williams. The theoretical stopping cross-sections appear to have an accuracy of about 5 to 10%.
