Sharing between two people the task of reviewing these books meant that the time and effort required were correspondingly reduced but, even so, both reviewers became cross-eyed from the need to maintain their concentration through the 1,490 pages that make up these volumes, and the attempts to absorb and retain the contents of the thirty-seven chapters have severly affected the reviewers' memory banks.The moral is clear: these volumes do not fall into the category of books to be read steadily in one, two or even several sittings.
