研究了苜蓿干草替代部分精料对奶牛生产性能、奶品质和经济效益的影响。选取24头体重和产奶量相近的泌乳中期多胎荷斯坦奶牛，随机分为4组。对照组饲粮为玉米青贮、花生藤和精料，试验A、B、C组分别用3kg苜蓿干草替代1.5、2.0、3.0kg精料，饲喂70d。各试验组产奶量极显著（P0.01）高于对照组，A组产奶量极显著（P0.05）高于B、C组；B、C组产奶量差异不显著。各试验组乳蛋白与对照组差异显著（P0.05），其中B、C组显著（P0.05）高于a组。与对照组相比，各试验组乳脂率（P0.01）、乳糖率和干物质率（P0.05）均显著升高，但3个试验组间差异不显著。干物质采食量以A组最高，A组和B组极显著（P0.01）高于C组和对照组，但C组与对照组差异不显著。与对照组相比，各试验组的体细胞计数减少，但四组间差异不显著。B组和C组粗蛋白质表观消化率（P0.05）和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率（P0.01）均显著高于对照组，A组与对照组差异不显著。A组利润最高，为7.92元/天。本研究表明，在精料中替代3kg苜蓿干草可提高产奶量、奶质和利润。建议用3公斤苜蓿干草代替1.5公斤浓缩物。
The effect of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)hay substituting for part of the concentrate on production performance,milk quality of dairy cows and economic profit was studied.Twenty-four multiparous Holstein lactation cows in mid lactation with similar body weights and milk production were selected and randomly divided into four groups.The diet for the control group included corn silage,peanut vine and concentrate,and in the test groups A,B and C,3kg alfalfa hay were used to substitute for 1.5,2.0and 3.0kg concentrate,respectively, in 70days of a feeding trial.The milk yield of the test groups was significantly(P0.01)higher than that of the control group and milk yield of group A was significantly(P0.05)higher than those of groups B and C, while there was no significant difference in milk yield between groups B and C.There were significant(P 0.05)differences between test groups and the control group in milk protein with groups B and C significantly(P0.05)higher than group A.Compared with those of the control group,fat percentage(P0.01),lactose and dry matter(P0.05)of the test groups were significantly increased,but the differences were not significant between the three test groups.Dry matter intake of group A was the highest,and that of groups A and B were significantly(P0.01)higher than group C and the control group,although,the difference was not significant between group C and the control group.Compared with that of the control group,somatic cell count of the test groups was reduced,but the differences between the four groups were not significant.The apparent digestibility of crude protein(P0.05)and neutral detergent fiber(P0.01)of groups B and C were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the difference was not significant between group A and the control group.At 7.92yuan/days,the profit of group A was the greatest.This research has shown that substituting 3kg alfalfa hay in concentrate can improve the milk yield,the quality of milk and the profit.Three kg alfalfa hay substituting for 1.5kg concentrate is recommended.
