为了整合空调开/关、空调供冷、空调供暖的模型，我们用Logistic回归方法对关东地区120户住宅4年来的36、154次调查数据进行了居民行为模型的分析。这个综合模型代表了由室外空气温度解释的窗户开/关、供暖/关闭和制冷/关闭这三种行为之间的相对比例。从这些结果可以看出，这个综合模型可以有效地了解乘员行为对窗户控制、供暖和制冷的综合影响。
In order to integrate the models of the window open/closed, cooling and heating by air conditioner, we analysed the occupants’ behaviour model using the logistic regression method with the data collected 36,154 responses in 120 dwellings of Kanto region during 4 years. This integrated model represents the relative proportion of each behaivours: window open/closed, heating on/off and cooling on/off explained by outdoor air temperature. From these results, it can be said that this integrated model is effective to know the combined effect of occupants’ behaviours on the control of windows, heating and cooling.
