固相反应法制备的粉体材料具有粒径大、粒度分布广、易团聚等特点。为了解决这些问题,首次采用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法合成了红色荧光粉La 2CaB 8 O 16:Eu 3+。对La 2CaB 8 O 16:Eu 3+样品进行了物相鉴定、形貌观察和光致发光光谱测量。结果表明,采用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法可以制备出粒径分布窄、发光强度高、发光性能好的荧光粉。适宜的工艺参数为:煅烧温度T = 900 °C,柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比N = 1.0,pH = 7-8,加入少量聚乙二醇。
Powder material fabricated by solid-state reaction process has the characteristics of large particulate size, wide size-distribution and being subject to agglomeration. To circumvent these issues, Pechini sol-gel method has firstly been utilized to synthesize the red phosphor La2CaB8O16:Eu3+. Phase identification, morphology observation and photoluminescence spectra measurement have been carried out on La2CaB8O16:Eu3+samples. The results show that a narrow size-distribution, good dispersibility phosphor with high emission intensity can be obtained by exploiting Pechini sol-gel process. The suitable process parameters are the calcination temperature T = 900 °C, the molar ratio of citric acid to metal ion N = 1.0, and pH = 7–8 with addition of a small amount of polyethylene glycol.
