从满山红(Rhododendron dauricum L.)叶中分得两个新的黄酮类化合物,即(2S)-6,8-二甲基-5,7,3 ′,4 ′-四羟基黄烷酮-4 ′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)和槲皮素-3-O-β-D-(6′′-对甲氧基苯甲酰基)-半乳糖苷(2)。利用核磁共振(1D NMR)、高分辨电喷雾质谱(HR-ESI-MS)等波谱技术对黄酮类化合物的结构进行了表征。在LPS刺激的RAW 264.7细胞中评价分离的黄酮类化合物对肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α产生的抑制作用。化合物11显示出对TNF-α产生的抑制活性,IC 50值为46.2 ± 1.2 μM。
Two new flavonoids, (2S)-6,8-dimethyl-5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavanone 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and quercetin 3-O-β-D-(6′′-p-methoxybenzoyl)-galactopyranoside (2), together with ten known flavonoids (3–12) were isolated from the leaves ofRhododendron dauricumL. The structures of the flavonoids were characterized from spectroscopic data (1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS). The isolated flavonoids were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on the production of tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Compound11exhibited inhibitory activity against TNF-α production with an IC50value of 46.2 ± 1.2 µM.
