The two-parameter quantum vertex operator representation of level-one is explicitly constructed for U r, s (C n (1)) based on its two-parameter Drinfeld realization we give. This construction will be degenerated to the one-parameter case of Jing–Koyama–Misra [27] when r s= 1.
