α-烷氧羰基-α，β-不饱和三氟甲基酮(1)与β-氨基甲酸酯(2)反应得到2-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1，2，3，4-tetrahydropyridines(3)，再用吸附在硅胶上的三氯氧磷/吡啶进行脱水，得到好的到高产率的1，4-dihydro-2-methyl-6-trifluoromethylpyridines(4)。
The treatment of alpha-alkoxycarbonyl-alpha,beta-unsaturated trifluoromethyl ketones (1) with beta-aminocrotonates (2) affords 2-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridines (3), which undergo facile dehydration by use of phosphorus oxychloride/pyridine adsorbed on silica gel, giving good to high yields of 1,4-dihydro-2-methyl-6-trifluoromethylpyridines (4).
