After publication of the paper [2], several interesting consequences and applications have been derived, see for example [1, 4].However, it has been pointed out to the authors in either private communications or in some papers, that there are a few shortcomings that deserves to be elucidated. Even when they can be easily observed in a careful reading, see eg [4, Remark 32], in this addendum we want to make clear these misprints. The following updates solve these inaccuracies.
