Patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma who do not respond to CAR‐T have a poor outcome. We present a case of refractory follicular lymphoma who relapsed after two CAR‐T infusions and achieved a complete remission after treatment with obinutuzumab and lenalidomide. This represents a promising treatment option in the post‐CAR‐T setting. Lenalidomide plus obinutuzumab should be considered in patients with refractory follicular lymphoma who progress after CAR‐T.
