Introduction. The objective of our study was to evaluate the performance of detailed fetal echocardiography by skilled obstetric physician sonologists in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease (CHD) in a Chinese population. Material and methods. This investigation included a multicenter prospective cohort of 10 259 pregnant women attending 10 regional tertiary hospitals in China. The inclusion criteria were singleton pregnancy and gestational age from 18 to
