We determine all the strongly complete projective resolutions, and all the strongly Gorenstein projective modules, over upper triangular matrix artin algebras. In particular, we show that all the strongly Gorenstein projective modules over one-point extensions of a finite-dimensional algebra A by finite-dimensional modules are always induced by strongly Gorenstein projective A-modules.
