基于循环经济理论的全过程环境管理，涵盖了企业绿色采购、生态设计、环境生产、绿色运输、营销使用以及绿色企业文化建设等整个流程中的每一项活动和每一步。通过对全程环境管理内容的分析，采用层次分析法进行模糊综合评价，旨在建立评价全程环境管理绩效的指标体系。
The whole-course environmental management,based on circular economy theory,covers every single activity and step in enterprises' integral flow,including green purchase,ecological design,environmental producing,green transporting,marketing and use, as well as the construction of green enterprise culture. By analyzing the content of whole-course environmental management,this paper, taking AHP methods to make fuzzy synthetic evaluation,aims at establishing the index system for evaluating the performance under such management.
