A case study of a women who complained of abdominal pain 9 weeks after laparoscopic tubal ligation and discontinuation of oral contraceptives (OCs) is discussed. A hepatic mass was discovered and excised. The possible role of OCs in the development of the hepatic lesion in this women is discussed.
