Letbe a positive integer andthe number of-cores of. In this paper, we show that for,and,odd, then $$\begin{aligned} \#\{0\le n\le X: a_{2^t}(n)\equiv i \quad ({{\mathrm{mod}}}2^j)\}\gg _{t,j}\frac{X}{\log X}. \end{aligned}$$This improves Chen’s result. We also give a conjecture on the distribution of even values ofmodulo.
