We report a patient with Schimmelpenning syndrome with two previously unreported oral manifestations: multiple pigmented malformed teeth and an adenomatoid odontogenic tumor of the anterior mandible. Also found were multiple complex odontomas, bilateral maxillary fibro-osseous lesions and recurrent central giant cell granulomas of the jaws. (c) 2007 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
