Summary:  Purpose: We investigated whether interictal F‐18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography ([18F]FDG‐PET) or ictal [99mTc]‐HMPAO single‐photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) was useful to find epileptogenic zones in occipital lobe epilepsy (OLE).
